Medicago Phonebook

This phone book provides a searchable database of scientists who are conducting research on Model Legume Systems. Model legume species are well suited for study of legume biology, in particular due to their facile genetics, ease of transformation, and the combined interests of the respective research communities.

This page provides access to information about individual researchers, including contact information and research interests. The phone book can be queried by entering a search term, such as a person's name, research interest, or home country.

To use the query tool, select 'search' from the menu at the left, fill in the search string, select a field to search and press 'Submit'.

Examples of search terms and number of returned files as of 2005-03-14 are given below. A specific researchers name will return 1 entry; "France" returns 44 entries; "nod" returns 58 entries; "nodulation" returns 18 entries; "ethylene" returns 8 entries; "seed" returns 16 entries; "evolution" returns 6 entries; etc.
